What you will be doing:

Your role will provide college coaches with a reliable resource to find qualified student-athletes for their programs and to education high school student athletes and their families through the recruiting process.

• Conducting phone evaluations with student-athletes and their parents to determine what college programs they may qualify for
• Providing student-athletes and families expert advice and knowledge about the college recruiting process
• Effectively communicating the company's role in the recruiting process
• Enrolling qualified student-athletes into the company program from all areas of the country

What you need to succeed:

• Collegiate athletic experience
• Coaching and/or sales experience preferred
• A history of success at previous positions
• Team oriented person
• Working knowledge of multiple sports
• A passion for working with high school student-athletes and families
• Competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
• A college degree from an accredited 4-year college or University
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Highly organized
